If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

About Mokshita Enterprises

Mokshita Enterprises is a sole proprietorship / private enterprise registered and operating in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. We curate and sell authentic Indian handicrafts sourced directly from master artisans, and we offer cultural travel packages across heritage destinations in India.

Products & Services

We offer two categories of products and services:

• Handicrafts: Authentic, handmade Indian artisan products including paintings, marble inlay work, wooden carvings, crochet items, Zardozi embroidery, and textile pouches. All items are handcrafted and may exhibit slight natural variations which are a mark of their authenticity.
• Travel Packages: Curated cultural travel experiences to Agra, Delhi, Jaipur, and other heritage destinations. Packages may include accommodation, guided tours, transfers, and cultural activities as described on each package page.

We take great care to represent our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen calibration differences. All product weights and dimensions are approximate.

Ordering & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — it is not a confirmed contract until we send you an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• For custom commissions, a 50% advance payment may be required before work begins.
• For travel packages, a 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 14 days before the travel start date.

Payments

All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway. We accept:

• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI apps)
• Net Banking
• EMI options (subject to card issuer availability)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) for handicraft orders within India below ₹10,000

By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Your payment information is encrypted and handled securely by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Mokshita Enterprises or its content partners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission. You may share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The traditional handicraft techniques and artisan knowledge represented on this website belong to their respective artisan communities, and we acknowledge their cultural heritage.

User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product. For travel packages, liability is governed by the specific package booking terms provided at the time of booking.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
